Professional liability insurance

Professional liability insurance is held with R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden. The geographical scope of the insurance cover extends to activities worldwide and thus meets at least the requirements of Section 45 of the German Patent Attorney Regulations (PAO).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be found at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en. We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
